Here’s how we make our Cool Chia Fresca Drink:

Prep: 3 min Ready In: 3 min

Ingredients:

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 cups of water

1 lime (or your favorite citrus), juiced

1 tbsp honey

1 large pitcher/container

Chia Seeds

Directions:

It’s as simple as this:

Mix all your ingredients into your container, stir, and then let it cool in your fridge for at least 3 hours (up to 24 hours) to allow the chia seeds time to absorb the liquid and make a fun bubble around the seed.
